2. सामग्री वापसी की शर्तें

सामान सीलबंद और बिना इस्तेमाल होना चाहिए।
डिलीवरी के 48 घंटे के अंदर फ़ोटो/वीडियो के साथ WhatsApp पर बताएँ।
खाने-पीने की वस्तुएँ (पंचामृत, घी, फल), खुली अगरबत्ती/इत्र, और व्यक्तिगत शृंगार सामग्री वापस नहीं होती।
टूटी/ग़लत वस्तु की बदली मुफ़्त — कूरियर शुल्क हमारा।

3. वापसी कैसे मिलेगी

WhatsApp (9479985722) पर ऑर्डर नंबर + फ़ोटो भेजें
हम 24 घंटे में पुष्टि करेंगे
सामान वापस पहुँचने और जाँच के बाद 5–7 कार्यदिवस में राशि उसी UPI/खाते में वापस

राशि हमेशा उसी तरीके से वापस होती है जिससे भुगतान हुआ था। नकद वापसी नहीं होती।

4. बुकिंग रद्दीकरण

48 घंटे या उससे पहले: अग्रिम पूरी वापस, या अगली तारीख़ में समायोजित
48 घंटे के अंदर: अग्रिम वापस नहीं (पंडित जी एवं सामग्री की व्यवस्था पहले से तय होती है)
हमारी ओर से रद्द होने पर: पूरी राशि वापस, बिना कटौती

5. डिलीवरी नीति

न डिलीवर हो पाने पर	2 कोशिश के बाद सामान वापस; दोबारा भेजने पर कूरियर शुल्क ग्राहक का
हवाई मार्ग	घी, तेल, इत्र जैसे तरल/ज्वलनशील सामान सिर्फ़ सड़क मार्ग से

कानूनी सीमा: शंख एवं कुछ वस्तुएँ वन्यजीव संरक्षण अधिनियम के कारण विदेश नहीं भेजी जा सकतीं।

6. दान / सहयोग राशि

गौ सेवा, अन्न सेवा, शिक्षा एवं मंदिर सहयोग में दी गई राशि स्वैच्छिक दान है और वापस नहीं होती। यदि ग़लती से राशि चली गई हो, तो 24 घंटे के अंदर बताएँ — हम जाँचकर समाधान करेंगे।

2. Conditions for samagri returns

Item must be sealed and unused.
Report on WhatsApp with photo/video within 48 hours of delivery.
Consumables (panchamrit, ghee, fruit), opened agarbatti/attar and personal shringar items are not returnable.
Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of cost — courier paid by us.

3. How refunds are processed

Send order number + photo on WhatsApp (+91 9479985722)
We confirm within 24 hours
After the item reaches us and is checked, the amount is returned in 5–7 working days

Refunds always go back the same way you paid. No cash refunds.

4. Booking cancellation

48+ hours before: full advance refund or adjustment to a new date
Within 48 hours: advance not refundable (arrangements are already made)
Cancelled by us: full refund, no deduction

5. Delivery policy

Legal limit: Conch shells and certain items cannot be exported under the Wildlife Protection Act.

6. Donations

Contributions to gau seva, anna seva, education and temple seva are voluntary donations and are not refundable. If an amount was sent by mistake, tell us within 24 hours and we will resolve it.
